 The location is fantastic and it's a nice sized apartment for the price. I was staying there alone and it was so much better than just being in a hotel room. The small outside patio/garden was a brilliant addition although there was some old furniture being stored there so it looked a little messy and run down. There was also no garden furniture (do they remove it in winter?) as shown in your pictures, and plants hadn't really been looked after so some were dead which meant it didn't look as nice! In fact my main grumble was that the pictures on your website are obviously old now and should be updated to give a better impression of the current situation. I would say that the apartment is a bit more run-down generally and some of the features like items of furniture and pictures on the wall were either missing or had been replaced with ones that weren't so nice. I think your description said the kitchen was fully stocked and there were lots of pots & pans etc but a coffee machine (even just a small one) was noticeably missing which was a shame. There is a kettle though. It's also worth mentioning there is no wardrobe so I was unable to hang-up any clothes but I assume that's because there isn't much space. There was some very small drawers but it was an old office drawer set - like the ones you would normally have under a desk! And I had to clear out the spare bedding that was in them, in order to make room for my own clothes. So some more storage solutions would be great. The table in the kitchen area is very wobbly & needs replacing. It's not essential but it would have been nice if someone could have taken me to the apartment and shown me round. The people in the office where I picked up the keys were very nice and friendly but when I got to the apartment I had to call them a few times to ask questions like how to find the actual apartment door (it wasn't obvious), what the code was for the free wifi etc. There were also no instructions on how to use the cable TV and with 4 different remote controls it took me a while to work out! These are small things I know, but if someone could actually meet you at the apartment door to show you these things it would make for a much better service. Having said that I did not need to go back to the office to get my deposit when I was leaving - someone came to me and he was exceptionally nice. Also the apartment is incredibly safe & secure which is so important I think. There are at least 3 security doors just to get into the building which is fantastic for peace of mind. So all in all it was above average, and I had a great stay! (17-11-2011) The locations was fantastic, right by Central Station and only minutes to everywhere on foot! Thats a huge positive. In termsof the partment the positive was having some out door space but the negative was that that the place had seen better days. Dont get me wrong it was clean and well kept but had a bit of a 70's decor about it! The bed was very comfy and we really enjoyed our stay, as at the end of the day it was somewhere to sleep.
